Selecting workers with the right skills and capabilities is critical to the success and growth of your business. Our staff will administer and score tests of a candidate's ability, such as keyboarding and software skills. We provide reading and math assessments to ensure job seeker skills are up to levels necessary to be successful on the job and in training. Additionally our candidates access career assessments which assist our employment professionals in making an appropriate match relative to the candidate's interests, skill and abilities. Many of our job candidates participate in training opportunities to upgrade their skills while searching for their next employment opportunity. The Workforce Center professional will administer industry specific assessments for local businesses and work collaboratively with local education and training providers to identify or accomplish a business's training objectives.
